okay hotel, but some things needs fix
spacious room fast help delicious coffee broken powerpoints water policy slow lift
the room were spacious, and the temperature was great. the staff helped fast when i locked the safe, it just took 2 minutes. breakfast has good value, and the coffee tasted delicious.
the power points near the bed dont worked, so i cant charge my phone near me. they only give one bottle of water on the first day for family, it should be every day. the lift was small and slow, i had to wait a lot of times.

breakfast buffet great location helpful staff small bathroom weird smell noisy air conditioning
i loved the breakfast buffet, it had so many options. the location rocks because its super close to the train station. the staff are nice too, they helped with directions to the colosseum.
the bathroom felt small. there was a weird smell by the elevator. the air conditioning made a lot of noise, i had difficulties sleeping. my family reported problems with the shower water temperature.

modern features attentive staff safe luggage storage small room insufficient space inadequate window
the room was indeed quaint. it had modern features i adored. the reception staff seemed so very attentive and helpful to me. i also really appreciated i was able to store my luggage safely after i checked out because my flight was delayed.
the room i got was very small i find. there weren't enough places for my suitcases. the window wasn't so great either i think. the outside wasn't pretty and i feel the pictures online made it look better than it was.
